We are proud to share our results from the Excellence in Client Relations 2026 study, conducted by Avara Insights, formerly known as Årets Byrå. The study is the most comprehensive client and agency benchmark in the Nordics, now in its 26th consecutive year.
This year, 11 of our clients took the time to share honest, detailed feedback about working with us. We do not take that lightly.
The results
Client satisfaction (NKI): 9.0/10
Above both the industry average (8.9) and our category average — Kommunikationsbyrå +30 MKR (8.9).
NPS: 82/100
Our clients’ willingness to recommend us. The industry average is 74. Our category average is 73.
Beyond the overall scores, three areas stand out:
- Offer relevance: 9.6/10
- Responsiveness: 9.5/10
- Delivery reliability: 9.6/10
These three scores reflect what we believe good client work is built on:
- Understanding what a client actually needs.
- Listening when it changes.
- Delivering on what we said we would.
What our clients said
The feedback that matters most is not the numbers — it is what clients wrote.
They highlighted our breadth of competence, our creativity, our engagement, and the trust built through long-term relationships. One client described us as “the person in the organisation who knows all the history, knows the pitfalls, and always shows up more than expected.”
We are not done
The study also gives us feedback on where to improve. We read it carefully, and we listen. That is the whole point of asking. We are happy with these results. And we will keep working to deserve them.

Excellence in Client Relations 2026 is conducted by Avara Insights AB. The study was carried out between 11 February and 31 March 2026, collecting 916 assessments across participating agencies in Sweden.
